When Mary had to go for surgery during 2007, she never could have expected that not long after the successful procedure, a rare side effect crept in: her mind was filled with music! She decided that these phantom songs needed to be brought to life, and so commenced her new musical path in life. The public and record companies alike both took to her unusual style, and she landed a Universal Music contract!

During the production of Pontiac Moon, Ted was raw from his marriage’s collapse. Then there was also the woman that he had destroyed his marriage for, Whoopi Goldberg, who he was not adamant about separating himself from.
